Job Responsibility International Ticketing Officer: Job Description: Handle in-bound telephone calls of customers
Resolve customer queries
Manage customer complaints
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Booking flight tickets and hotels and train
Handling the payment process
Comparing hotel and flight prices
Conforming the customer's reservation
Willing to work on shift if needed
Requirements: Age: Between 23 - 30 years Education: Minimal SMK Tourism Management or equivalent. Knowledge: Sabre, Galileo and Altea system knowledge is a MUST Experience: At least 2 year(s) relevant ticketing working experience (reservation, domestic and international ticketing) Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia Attention to detail, and good communication skill Computer/internet literacy Good written & spoken English Full-Time position Job Requirement International Ticketing Officer: Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
