In this role, you will assist in lead generation, nurturing relationships, supporting sales activities, and conducting market research. With guidance, you will work towards achieving monthly targets while gaining valuable skills and experience. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
We are an Agro Commodity trading firm and are looking for a Business Development Executives who can help us to network with buyers and importers around the world especially Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Philippines, Kenya, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates and Saudia Arabia.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation - Identify potential leads through various channels, Utilize CRM software to track potential and current leads.
- Cold Calls - Initiate cold calls to prospective clients, following a pre-defined script or guideline.
- Reporting and Documentation - Compile weekly and monthly reports, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities.
- Manage, update, and maintain a CRM
- Other tasks were assigned by the Department Head.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields or a highshool diploma.
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work well in a team.
- English writing and speaking skills is a must.
