**The Role**:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Hosts, Live Streaming, and Content Creation Intern to
join our dynamic team. This internship will offer hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of
storytelling, a knack for engaging audiences, and an interest in leveraging the latest
technologies in live streaming and social media.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Conduct hosting and managing live streaming events across various platforms (Tiktok, Shopee
Live, etc.).
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute innovative content strategies that
increase audience engagement and growth.
- Help create and edit video content, including promos, behind-the-scenes footage, and other
multimedia projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new content and
marketing campaigns.
- Assist with technical setup and troubleshooting of live streaming equipment, OBS system and
software.
- Analyze performance data to understand viewer preferences and suggest improvements for
future streams.
- Assistance in contacting prospective new clients.
**Who we look for - the ideal profile**
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Communication, Media Studies,
Film, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in live streaming, content creation, and digital media.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Persuasive yet kind communication style.
- Agile and fast-thinking, able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
