**Internship Project Admin**:
Project Team

Jakarta

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check and ensure the receipt of Hand Over documents from sales to project is complete and well delilvered.
- Check and ensure the initial administrative needs of project work have been carried out as needed and follow procedures.
- Determine Daily Handyman placement arrangements based on Site Manager procurement requests.
- Check and prepare Close Out Document according to Company standards.
- Check and ensure that the Minutes of Progress, Minutes of Handover of Preoyek and Retention are in accordance with the contract and there are no typographical errors.
- Check the daily handyman wage expenditure report.
- Check Project operational expense reports (phone bills, fuel, parking bills, etc.)
- Check the project suspension submission and completion report.
- Make a request for the purchase of project tools.
- Make a project recapitulation at the end of the year.
- Create an S curve based on a schedule approved by Project manager.
- Prepare a progress report form to fill out the incharge Site Manager in each project and update it weekly. Receive a completed signed Asbuild Drawing for complete Close Out Document.
- Arrange the placement of Daily Handymen based on Site Manager procurement requests.
- Set up a close out document.
- Request and receive a list of documents to be submitted to the client to the Site Manager.
- Prepare the necessary forms to be filled and signed (BAST key, testcomm results etc.)
- Receive and collect forms, documents to be handed over.
- Duplicate and fill documents to be given to clients.

**EDUCATION LEVEL**
- High school or equivalent

**SPECIAL SKILLS**

Computer literate
