Inventory Control

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in related field as Inventory Controller / Fixed Asset Management / Store Audit / Internal Audit within Retail or Fashion industries.
- Advanced in DEALPOS or any similar system, basic accounting knowledge and communication skills.
- Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as FIFO analysis and cycle counting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
- Experience in Stock Opname (stocktaking) and understanding of Inventory Movement processes.
- Willing to work in a mobile capacity.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for monitoring stocktake in stores and warehouses and ensuring the accuracy of stocktake results (data vs physical inventory)
- Do stock take execution at stores, warehouses, offices includes fixed asset, petty cash, cash registered and get missing item report approval from store.
- Prepare and analyse Internal Cycle Count report from store, to ensure the data is accurate and the stocktake has been done to all stores, determine which stores to be put on high priority for stocktake execution, etc
- Do journal process on missing item, posting stocktake discrepancies (data vs physical inventory) into the system
- Review stocktake reports to ensure its accuracy
- Support inventory team to perform Goods Issue process documentation in DEALPOS, after scrapping execution.
- Calculating COGS and Non-COGS with the operational team.
- Verifying and analyzing data from Vendor Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders, Outstanding Orders, Transfer In - Transfer Out records.
- Comparing system data with physical store quantities to ensure stock validity.
