If you are looking for growth with a great team and company, then you should join our team!Get to know the Role:As Inventory Lead, you coordinate a team and be responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. You will coordinate work closely with Warehouse Manager and QC Manager in ensuring inventory accuracy and sufficiency, as well as reducing wastages especially in fresh products handling.The day-to-day activities:- Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand and assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity, turnover and wastages.- Ensuring Inventory accuracy, work closely with Warehouse Manager in coordinating and performing regular cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis, including investigating and correcting discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory.- Preparing inventory reports, stock provision and managing write off stock proposal activities.- Support special projects on building and improving inventory management and warehouse management systems and workflows.- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.The must haves:- Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, preferably from an ecommerce or grocery related business.- Minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role- Hands on experience with Warehouse Management System and ERP (i.e: SAP, Oracle)- Good knowledge to operate google sheets and spreadsheets.- Able to do root cause analysis, provide corrective action and preventive action based on the root cause analysis.Our Commitment:We recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.About Grab:Grab is the leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia, providing everyday services that matter to consumers.
