- Review Investigation Guideline, SOP and Working Instruction
- Ensure the investigation claims process run according to the SOP
- Conduct Field Investigation for the special case
- Review investigation case before investigation process
- Review investigation results & Approve based on authority limit

**Job Requisition**:

- Minimum education in S1
- Have at least 5 years experience in Insurance industry
