Investment Operation Officer

Description of Role: Checking, reviewing and authorizing day-to-day operation of Investment transactions (Mutual Fund & Bonds)

**Responsibilities**:

- Check and authorize investment transactions on daily basis (Mutual Fund & Bonds)
- Work closely with Branch services, Sales, Product Managers and all relevant stakeholders for new product and existing portfolio.
- Enhance day to day operations and initiate process improvement
- Involve or may lead any projects (country / regional) or tasks as assigned
- Complete unit DCFC as assigned
- Escalate any kind of special issues to higher authority

**Qualifications**:

- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and our competitor
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
