**Must have prerequisite Island experiences in either the Indian Ocean or Southeast Asia.**
- Manage an 80-room property with 3 F&B outlets located just off the coast of Cambodia.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the island resort operations, including accommodation, dining, and recreational facilities.
- **Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork among staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.**:

- Implement sustainable practices to preserve the island's natural beauty and support ecotourism initiatives.
- **Ideal for single or married status applicants without children.**:

- Collaborate with local communities to promote cultural exchange and responsible tourism.
