**Responsibilities**:

- Escalate unsettled issues to respective level support/developers to ensure all issues are all managed.
- Support user to analyzing the issue in the front line.
- Update issue tracker and ensure all issues are solve within respective SLA.
- Update and manage FAQ for quicker problem solving.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree, major: Information Technology
- Having 1+ years experiences
- Application and Process Knowledge, Basic Programming Language C,C#,Java
- Work experience in the related field - Insurance, will be an advantage.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
