It Audit & Data Analytic Manager

Create an annual plan (risk-based audit) for the department, including work plans and strategies, financial budgets, human resources, and facilities used as guidelines in carrying out departmental activities to achieve the set targets.

Manage and supervise the performance of the team in conducting audit activities to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Monitor the achievement of the work plan and the efficient use of the annual budget for IT audit activities on a regular basis.

Improve the scope of IT audit work to make it more effective and efficient.

Establish, develop, and implement tools to analyse data to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of audit activities (including risk assessments) and become a source for analysis in the implementation of sustainable audits.

Support audit activities related to IT.

Monitor the follow-up actions of audit results to ensure that they have been implemented by the client.

Develop subordinates and ensure the development of subordinates so that they have adequate competence.
A minimum of 8 years' experience in an IT Audit role in banking.

Bachelor degree in Information Technology.

Having certifications related to IT Audit such as CISA, ISO 27001, etc. is a significant plus

Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.

Reliable, firm, honest and trustworthy.

Have integrity in carrying out their duties.

Implement the Internal Audit Code of Ethics.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
