Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role. Experienced in making business case and BRD Document , understand core banking , satelites & middleware application in banking such as CRM (Pega) , KYC, KYB & AML) Experienced in banking wealth management, custody system & antasena Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Job Descriptions : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate them effectively to development teams. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization. Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for system enhancements. Provide ongoing support and training to end users on new systems and processes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis and technology solutions.
