Job Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed business requirements document, test scenario and report
- Identifies current system strengths and weaknesses to give suggests areas of improvement
- Conduct requirement analysis, reviews and edits requirements specifications business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications based on user's expectation
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Liaise with related department to identify required changes and manages user's expectations effectively
- Delivers informative well-organized presentations
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Interacting with related user and vendors for implementation issues
- Provide support for project planning and execution
- Communicate closely with IT manager and managers of other departments to define business requirements & functional specifications, and plan and execute implementation strategy
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
- Experienced with System Analysis
- At least 2 full cycle of IT project (ERP, Finance, Logistic)
- Understand Query (SQL)
- Understand programming language will be an advantage
- Quick learner and challenge enthusiast
Technologies:
- Programing Language : Python, Java script, PHP, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Script.
- Environment: Cloud Environments - Google Cloud Platform,Amazon web service,Oracle Cloud.
- Applications - Magento, Microsoft dynamics, Oracle APEX, Zendesk, New Relic, Zabbix, Mailchimp, Google Marketing tools(GA, GTM) and so on.
- Databases - MySQL, Oracle, Mongo db, Bigquery(GCP), SQL server.
- Middlewares - ElasticSearch, Nginx, Varnish Cache, Redis Cache.
- OS - Linux(Ubuntu), Windows server.
