Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.
2-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Have strong knowledge in business requirements analysis and the ability to translate these requirements into clear technical specifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems
Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work on-site in Banking Industry
