It Business Analyst

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Understand and have knowledge in LFA system
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Have experience using Jira & Confluence
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to work in bank/insurance industry

Job Description:

- Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data.
- Willing to do simple testing to make sure the product met the requirement
- Review testing scenario and result (SIT & UAT)
- Responsible to do sharing knowledge and prepare documentation

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Analyst: 4 years (preferred)
