This role will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing technological solutions, and ensuring the implementation of effective and efficient systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand product requirements.
- Design and develop business analysis documents, such as requirement documents, functional specifications and flow diagrams.
- Design and translate the business model of the product into a backlog.
- Create tasks according to specified standards.
- Perform testing and validation of developers' work.
- Follow up on product issues reported by the operational team.
- Evaluate operational efficiency and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of changes and ensure the achievements of expected results.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business and system analysis, particularly in an IT environment.
- Deep understanding of business concepts, information systems and technology.
- Familiarity with programming languages and relevant technologies.
- Proficiency in UML and similar notations.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design.
- Capable of executing queries.
- Able to create Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and mockups.
- Understanding of APIs and ability to use tools like Postman.
- Ability and endurance to document processes and product specifications.
- Experience in analysing data to draw relevant conclusions for business processes.
- Experienced in project management as an added value.
- Willing to work onsite (Sleman)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- IT: 1 year (preferred)
