Persyaratan

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from reputable university.

Business English proficiency.

Have a minimum of 4 years as Business Analyst with 2 years as IT Account Manager / Sales / Pre Sales in an IT Solutions company.

Good communication skill, good interpersonal skills, good time management, and good logical thinking.

Experienced in handling DMS is an added value.

Acquire requirements from customers.

Create a proposal and commercial scheme for solutions to support customers' needs.

Coordinate with the tech team to define the bill of service.

Prepare the agreement and have it signed by the relevant parties.

Manage invoice payment delay.

Manage customer complaints.

Conduct monthly and yearly service evaluations to review service performance and commercial fees.

Support customer satisfaction survey and customer & internal to define budget.

Manage the performance and competency of team members.
