**Job Requirements**
- Fluent in spoken and written Indonesian and English, proven with a minimum TOEFL score of 500 from a reputable institution like ETS (Educational Testing Service), for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to IT compliance processes, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex IT compliance requirements & regulations and to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and understandable documentation.
- Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including management, IT teams, legal, and external auditors.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for effective monitoring and management of risk & compliance-related data.
- Knowledge of government regulations, industry standards, and security control frameworks, for example ISO and COBIT.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, Business Process Management (BPM), and other related IT frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience in IT risk management.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Policy and Procedures support:
Supporting IT policies and procedures to reflect current IT corporate requirements and best practices.
- Ensure that all IT teams know and adhere to established policies, procedures, government regulations, industry standards, and others.
- Create & update procedure (SOP) for working level with related IT functions.
- Risk Assessment and Management:
- Identify potential risks in IT department and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze IT risks and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Compliance Management:
- Conduct regular compliance monitoring, assessments, and reviews to identify and address non-compliance areas.
- Incident Response and Management:
- Develop and implement incident response plans to address security incidents and breaches effectively.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to contain and mitigate security threats.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on emerging IT compliance trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the organization remains current and compliant.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance operational IT & compliance.
- Socialization and Awareness:
- Deliver socialization to raise employee awareness of IT compliance requirements.
- Coordinator with other departments:
- Coordinate related to audit and assessment, which is managing and responding to audit findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate escalating issues that deviate (not in accordance) from compliance standards
