**4. It Consultant - Presales**

Responsibilities:

- Provide pre and post-sales technical support to the Account Manager
- Understand, analyze, identify and recommend customer's business and solution requirements.
- Verify configuration of the proposed solution upon request
- Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Product Management/Product Development
- Assist Account Managers in preparing a full proposal process, design, propose solution to meet customers' requirements and specifications
- Assist in tender technical compliance and design solution that meets the tender requirements/specifications
- Involve in implementation of hardware and software

Requirements:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Grogol,Jakarta Barat.
- Certification in IT specialties is preferred (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCSA, MCDB, HPCP, etc)
- Deep knowledge in IT product especially Data Center, Server, Storage & Network infrastructure
- Hands on experience in installation/deployment and Project Management is a plus
- Experienced with either HP, IBM, Dell, Fujitsu server; HP, IBM, NetApp, EMC Storage; HP, Cisco, Juniper, Netgear switches/routers/wireless/UTM would be a plus
- Exprerienced with either Microsoft Server, SQL, Exchange, Oracle DB, MySQL, would be a plus
- Ability to perform System Administration on Windows OS, Linux OS, Mac OS, and Unix OS is a plus
- Ability to do presentation for a large group of audience
- Ability to produce high-quality Proposals which convey complex analysis
- He or She MUST be dedicated, honest and with highest level of integrity
