It Data & Analytics Head

Data Management: Manage and maintain the continuity of company data, including the collection, storage, processing and security of data relevant to operations and analysis.
- Data Analysis: Identify and analyze data related to used car sales, customer behavior and market trends to provide valuable insights to management and development team.
- Data and Analytics Strategy: Build an effective data and analytics strategy to support data-driven decision-making and ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of used car sales websites and apps, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement or improvement based on data analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, marketing teams and other stakeholders to understand data needs, develop analytics solutions and deliver relevant insights.

**Requirements**:

- A Informatics Engineering / Information System / Computer Engineering / Informatics Engineering graduate from a reputable university. Masters/MBA graduates are welcome but not a requirement.
- At least 7+ years of overall work experience in data analysis, data management, data technology solution. big data technology, and project management, preferably in tech start-ups, used car marketplace, or any related background.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work in office (location: Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
