It Functional Erp

Collaborate with business units to gather and understand their ERP system requirements.

Document and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Configure and customize ERP software to meet specific business needs.

Implement and maintain modules, workflows, and functionalities tailored to the organization's processes.

Provide training to end-users and ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system.

Conduct system testing to identify and resolve defects and issues.

Verify the accuracy and functionality of the ERP system after configuration changes and updates.
Bachelor's degree or higher education in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT functional ERP role, with hands-on knowledge and experience of ERP implementation and support (Preferably Oracle Netsuite)

Understand how to elaborate user requirements, build software solutions conduct and arrange user training

Excellent understanding of project management and report

Strong sense of responbility and good teamwork and communication skill

Having certification in Oracle Netsule functional is a plus

Experience in system development life cycle, functional specification, system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing

Experience in providing end-user support, system troubleshooting, and system tuning

Having experience in the Warehousing / Supply Chain Industry
