- Develop and implement IT governance, risk, and compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify gaps in IT controls.
- Establish and maintain IT compliance monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of IT controls and industry frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
