It Helpdesk For Financial Industries

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 standards and principles, including information security best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle technical issues under pressure.
- Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet SLAs.
- Knowledge of remote desktop tools and system administration tasks is a plus.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar certifications are advantageous.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive financial data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, guiding users through step-by-step solutions or escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and update user accounts, access controls, and security settings in alignment with ISO 27001 requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of reported technical issues, solutions provided, and escalation paths followed.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in software deployment, updates, and patches while adhering to change management processes in compliance with ISO 27001.
- Participate in regular security awareness training and stay up-to-date with ISO 27001 standards and industry trends.

- IT Support: 3 years (preferred)
