**Qualification**:- Min. education SMK TKJ or a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields- Understanding of basic troubleshooting in computer and network system (switch, router, etc)- Skilled in determining IT necessities and training end-user- In touch with innovation and new trends in IT support- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify best solutions and/or alternatives- Able to work independently or in a team- Service-minded to help colleagues and other departments with technical issues- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)- Time management and effective prioritization over multiple running projects**Roles and Responsibilities**:- Ensure that all computers and other supporting peripherals are in working order and connected to the network- Ensure that all apps are up and running in users' devices- Perform and store backup in users' computers- Storing softwares for the troubleshooting of computer and other devices- Create technical report, documentation and database update- Prepare computers for new users and fix troubled computers or peripherals in a timely manner- Record and deliver solutions as per operational procedure- Issue and resolution recap- Handle and escalate issues to IT Support if necessary- Make certain all issues are handled according to SLA response time or resolution time**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduateApplication Deadline: 05/21/2024
