It Infrastructure & Operation Head

Information Technology Infrastructure Management: Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware and software that support operations.
- Software Quality Assurance (SQA): Ensuring software quality by regular testing, evaluation, and reporting to the development team for fixes and improvements.
- Operations Development (DevOps): Implement DevOps practices to improve operational efficiency, automation, monitoring, and scalability of website infrastructure.
- Cyber Security: Establish cyber security policies, protect websites and customer data from threats, and respond to attacks and maintain infrastructure security proactively.
- Team Management: Manage the IT infrastructure and operations team, allocate tasks, provide direction, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and related departments.

**Requirements**:

- A Computer Engineering / Informatics Management / Infromatics Engineering / Information System graduate from a reputable university. Masters/MBA graduates are welcome but not a requirement.
- At least 7+ years of overall work experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, ITIL framework, project management, vendor management, and cybersecurity, preferably in tech start-ups, used car marketplace, or any related background.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work in office (location: Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
