It Infrastructure Support

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and security of our network systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Configure and optimize network devices to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and security.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity, latency, and bandwidth problems.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network systems with other technology platforms, such as servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network engineering

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, VPNs, and MPLS.
- Hands-on experience with network equipment from vendors such as Mikrotik.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Profound knowledge of fiber optic technology and its operational principles.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: Rp4,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
