**Requirements**:

- Has 3 years of professional working experience as an IT Engineer
- Has good knowledge in Network and Server (VM server capabilities, Network Security, and Voice)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Contribute to a good and friendly working environment; working closely as a member of the engineering team

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and maintaining the client's IT environment
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
