6-7 years of experience in both hardware/software
- B.E /B-Tech or equivalent
- Responsible for System maintenance all over.
- Software maintenance and upgrades across.
- Responsible for Maintenance and services of Printer, Scanner, Q Matic, and DVR.
- Adherence to the Service Level Agreements
- Coordination support for Website and software updates.
- Manages the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of the organization's local area network hardware/software.
- Handle new projects from across.
- Deep Knowledge of Firewall Management (FortiGate).
- Maintain the complete IT assets.
- Develops and manages technology budget and monitors.
