**Requirements**:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Certification or significant experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies)
- Min. 3 years experience as IT Manager or similar position.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Proficiency in network management, security protocols, and data management.
- Strong background in information technology with a deep understanding of various IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party tools or APIs.
- Proven experience with SAP Business One, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support.
- Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
- Implementation of best practices and innovations to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.
- Skills in conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats to IT systems
- Strong communication skills for engaging with project stakeholders at all levels
- Thorough documentation of project plans, requirements, and outcomes
- Implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards
