- To lead and manage desktop support team.
- Assist in day-to-day operation of the desktop support team
- Responsible for the system design, implementation, testing, managing and maintenance of proposed system
- Work closely with the team to meet system delivery milestones
- Provide technical documentation support to Project & Solutions Teams, as well as hand over as-built system documentation to Maintenance support team
- Engage with back-line support and/or with vendor's support to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

- Degree in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years latest working experience in the EUC support devices implementation/migration/support experience is required for this position.
- Working based will be at Bandung, West Java.
