**Responsibilities**:
Based in Jakarta, we are seeking an IT Operational Technical Lead to take ownership of our computer systems, network and infrastructure at our Support Office. This role will assist the Head of IT in implementing policies, strategies and take a hands-on approach within the IT Team.
**In addition, you will be responsible for**:
- Leading the team from the front by providing system operation assistance, engaging with change management, configuration, and database administration.
- Being the go-to person for user support, IT security and training throughout the Support and venues in conjunction with the wider IT Team.
- Ensure all the processes comply with IT policy and audits.
- Handling escalations, resolving user issues, and monitoring the performance of the business-critical systems to prevent delays and quickly resolve ongoing issues.
- Being on call for issues outside of hours, should an issue need to be resolved for our venues.
- Providing sufficient levels of technical know-how to assist in root cause identification and permanent resolution of issues.
- Working closely with the Head of IT who maintains the Operations project schedule, budget, resource plan, and deliverables compliance.
- Configure DHCP, Cisco switch, Fortigate, POS, and VMs.
- Any other ad hoc tasks that may be required by the Head of IT.
Skills and Experience
Reporting into the Head of IT, we are seeking someone to be hands-on and play a key role within our Group IT Team. This role is a mixture of hands-on work, leadership and support and would suit someone looking for a new challenge and to make their mark in a global company!
- A minimum of 3-5+ years' experience within IT operations or similar role (within a retail industry is preferred but not essential).
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Exceptional knowledge of IT services methodology such as ITIL, ITSM and others methodology (ITIL or ITSM Certificate will be an advantage).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills - fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Advanced knowledge of servers, computers and networks.
- Strong multi-tasking ability, with the confidence to juggle competing priorities.
- The ability to lead and inspire people around you.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
