**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a IT Presales. The IT Presales will be responsible for providing technical support, participating in presales activities, sales, project management, and integration. They will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions. This role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in developing and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- **Client Interaction**: Address technical questions and concerns from clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring their needs are met.
- **Negotiation Support**: Provide technical expertise and clarify product capabilities to support the negotiation process.
- **Solution Development**: Determine technical solutions to meet client requirements and act as a liaison between the sales team and the engineering team.
- **POC Management**: Manage and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs), pilots, and trials to demonstrate the value and functionality of our solutions in the client's environment.
- **Technical Guidance**: Provide technical support and guidance during the evaluation phase to ensure successful outcomes.
- **Solution Presentation**: Present solutions and conduct assessments to evaluate their effectiveness.
- **Requirement Collection**: Collect customer requirements and identify potential problems that may arise with the product or services.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare technical proposals that clearly outline the proposed solutions.
- **Project Planning**: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, estimated expenses, project specifications, materials needed, and engineering requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from a top university.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, sales activities, or solutions consulting role minimum 1 year.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of relevant technologies and industry standards.
- Technical Support and Integration skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling value propositions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with POCs, pilots, and technical evaluations.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and support sales activities.
