It-Project Analyst Lead

Job description:

- Monitor and ensure all assigned projects are delivered with high quality and match client requirement
- Ensure all project team to have good environment in order to build proactive and independent project team
- Identify critical issues/upcoming potential issues and provide effective solutions to achieve smooth project deliverables
- Create practical innovations to improve internal or external project management activity
- Empower team member to achieve their career development
- Make sure all the projects are properly documented
- Manage relationships with clients and other external parties
- Support Head and Director of PMO to implement business improvement idea to improve Project Analyst & QA Analyst team

Requirement:

- Min. 5 years experience as Project Analyst/Business Analyst/QA Analyst Lead
- Min. 2 years experience as a Lead of small teams ( 4-6 person)
- Have a strong leadership skill, problem-solving and analytical skills.
