It Project Manager

Define resource allocation, work scope and responsibilities of assignee and project timelineWork closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand and analyse business requirementsHandling parallel projects & working with across teams in different functionsDrive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project deliveryDefine and address problem encountered and decide alternatives/work-around in a timely mannerCreate and maintain records of project documentationsBachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience1 to 3 years of experience in project management.Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partnersStrong coordination and excellent project management skillsGood sense of problem locating, priority, and time managementExcellent reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholdersComfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and able to face urgent requests with clear mindset of processesExperienced in change management process will be plus pointHaving knowledge/experience handle Omni Channel & Chatbot product will be a plusProficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
