It Project Manager

**Location**: Jakarta (on-site)**The Opportunity**As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be in charge of project planning, leading a team of 15 resources, managing budgets, and ensuring clear communication with management and the technical team. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a quality project while building positive relationships with clients and internal teams.**In This Role, You'll Get to**- Lead a team of 15 professionals, making sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards to satisfy customers.- Handle project details like scope, schedule, resources, risks, and deliverables, while keeping communication effective with all involved.- Work closely with different teams to smoothly integrate digital solutions.- Build strong relationships with both internal and external partners, using diplomatic skills and assertiveness when needed to achieve positive outcomes.- Promote consensus and amicable solutions among diverse stakeholders, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.- Keep an eye on project progress, identifying and addressing issues promptly to ensure successful delivery.- Contribute to improving project management practices, tools, and templates within the organization.**What you'll need**:- A proven track record of delivering complex projects in the fintech industry- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.- Solid grasp of project management principles, tools, and techniques.- Bonus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).- Exceptional people management, leading cross-functional teams effectively.- Outstanding stakeholder management in complex organizational structures.- Detail-oriented and organized, managing multiple projects concurrently.- Proficient in project management software and tools such as Wrike
