It Project Manager

Deliver the best tech solutions, and maintain client happiness and business success using technology.
- Define project scope and objectives.
- Analyze the requirements and the needs of the client.
- Plan and predict resources needed to reach goals, plan the budget of the project.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Monitor progress updates, the performance of the resources, and adjustments, and report it to stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Has min. 1 year experience as Software Project Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Informatics, Information System, Computer Science, or any related tech field.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, as well as project management frameworks like PMBOK.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, resolve conflicts, and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
