**Job Deskripsi**
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear and achievable project goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, resource allocation, and timelines, and monitor progress against plan.
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices to optimize project outcomes and minimize risks.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, team and facilitate resolution of conflicts or barriers to progress.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource utilization, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Conduct regular project reviews and post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT Project Manager
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
