We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage our tech-based projects!
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate, plan, and execute IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate project resources, including cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, including kick-off, status, and post-mortem meetings.
- Conduct project evaluations and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied to future projects.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
