It Project Manager

Your primary responsibility will be to work on exciting projects. As an IT Project Manager, your role is to lead and manage IT project from initiation to completion. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timeline.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Lead and motivate project teams. Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Effectively communicate project progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders, management, clients, and team members.
- Identify and analyze project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and lessons learned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong expertise in SDLC process and reporting techniques.
- Excellent understanding of information technology infrastructure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge and experience in testing, deployment processes, and agile methodologies.
- Empathy, along with the ability to maintain firmness when necessary.
- Fully available for work on-site at Tamtech International office in Yogyakarta.
