**As an IT Project Manager at Skubbs, you will be responsible for**:
- Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including task assignments, resource allocation, and milestones, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
- Provide on-site IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems, including servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure IT equipment, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential benefits and making recommendations for IT improvements
**Skills Required**:
- Having good knowledge and experience in managing IT solutions, hardware /software.
- At least 2 years experience as PM for IT-related projects.
- Willing to work on site in SG Office and to do on site support for the client
- Proven working experience in project management and vendor management.
- Good working knowledge of technology concepts like software development, and cloud computing.
- Good project management experience in terms of maintaining & tracking plans, risk, issues, assumptions and dependencies for both internal and external parties/stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering digital solutions across multiple domains in public or private industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members, management and explain technical issues.
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / Scrum master certification is a plus.
**Salary**: Rp40,000,000 - Rp45,000,000 per month
