It Promotion Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle request from other department/brand related promo creation.
- Review new promo model and mechanism.
- Validate promo on the POS testing machine.
- Insert promo on the POS production machine.
- Monitor live promo on POS machine.
- Do some troubleshooting for any minor issue.
- Check the inactive promo, should be delete to all store.
- Escalation to higher level for any major issues.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

**Requirements**:

- Having an experience in Retail Industry is plus value
- Good exposure to agile development practices
- Attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Great team player
- Able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
