It Recruitment Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic recruitment assistant **(Full time/Part time - Fully remote)** to help facilitate the company's database and maintenance of the Recruitment software. In this role, you'll support the company's human resources department by sourcing and reaching out to talents looking for a new job opportunity.

To be a successful recruitment assistant, you should have excellent communication, organizational and desktop skills. Ultimately, a top-notch recruitment assistant should be able to communicate effectively with interviewees and display a warm and friendly demeanor.

Job Decription:

- Provide shortlists of qualified Talents to Recruitment Consultant
- Upload and maintain records of CV in Recruitment software

Requirements and skills
- Outspoken, friendly and sociable personality is a must.

At least 1 year of IT recruitment Experience is a must (experience in recruiting Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Mobile Developer etc)
- Familiarity with Recruitment Software, Manatal would be of advantage
- Solid verbal and written communication skills - English,
- Sound judgement
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field, Fresh graduate is encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6/12 months

Pay: Rp30,000 - Rp50,000 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
