- Fluent in English and Japanese both writing and oral.
- Having a customer-oriented mindset.
- Having sales knowledge and skills.
- Preferablyhaving IT knowledge.
- Willing to learn solution/ service
- Having good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Having good administrative skills.
- Having ability to perform well under target and pressure.
- Highly motivated to grow up.
- Female/male 20 - 35 Years Old
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Creating sales plan and reporting the sales progress and achievement.
- Achieve the monthly, quarterlyand yearly sales target.
- Creating and approaching new and existing leads.
- Presenting and doing demonstration of solution/ serviceto the clients.
- Performing requirement definition and propose the best solution for the client's needs.
- Maintain the existing client and try to always propose the improvement of the services.
- Maintain key customers to ensure a continued base of profitable business.
- Responds to customer inquiries; collaborates with cross-functional departments to ensure a timely and accurate response.
- Creating required sales documents for the projects (proposal, quotation, presentation material, acceptance certificate, agreementand so on).
- Helping the Project Manager to maintain the project and update the client regularly.
- Close the project and performing after sales follow up
