It Sales Manager

Details of the offer

Manage, organize and monitor the Business Consultant team for pipes/leads in achieving revenue targets
- Manage existing clients for direction in handling advanced issues and create new revenue opportunities (upselling)
- Ensuring and securing new clients / projects so that they can deal immediately so as to create new revenue
- Ensuring for reasonable profit and budget in every business team proposal, thereby increasing the probability of winning project
- Coordination with the marketing/partner team for lead generation activities
- Monitoring the work of the business team on a daily basis (pipeline progress/CRM. Leads Generation, Revenue and Forecast)
- Weekly meeting updates regarding progress to superiors and BOD
- Min. 5 years experiences as IT Sales
- Having good sales management skill (approach & persuasive strategy) & analysis
- Able to operate MS. Office (PPT. Word, Excel)
- Good communication skill
- Able tod to technical CRM (Funneling)
- Able to work in a team and independently
