Since the beginning of the company establishment, they have gained clients from local, Australia, and US which industries covered photography, logistics, delivery, and insurance.
They provide services from gathering the information, analyzing the needs, building the system, and making sure the quality delivered as expected.
**Job Descriptions**:

- Developing an in-depth understanding of the functional/process requirements of BizCover
- Performing Business Requirement gathering and Process mapping workshops with internal stakeholders
- Identifying and extract requirements, translate into functional requirements, develop relevant documentation, and process maps to a high standard
- Managing stakeholders/SME's to drive satisfaction with solution delivery
- Collaborating with the systems and development team to deliver projects (testing, training, and implementation)
- Supporting the Delivery Leads with backlog progress and required reporting
