Job Description:

- Assisting in resolving local network/user's issues.
- Setting up accounts for staffs, ensuring that all platforms/software used by the company installed.
- Managing company's IT infrastructure and assets.
- Installation, maintenance and provision of daily support for both hardware & software, equipment including printers, scanners, external hard-drives, CCTV etc.
- Diagnose Hardware and Software problems, provide analysis and solution
- Handling IT Assets purcashing
