**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated **IT Support** to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for install, mantaining and troubleshooting our IT equipments & electronic goods.
**Here's how you'll be contributing**:
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of electronic equipment (laptops, printers, smartphones, CCTV, etc.), VoIP phones, and internet services.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating and collaborating effectively.
- Ensure user computers are operational and connected to the network.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.).
- Proficient in Windows Server operation and maintenance.
- Install and troubleshoot internet network issues.
- Execute data backup procedures.
- Install and configure antivirus software for computer security.
- Master IT administration and documentation for reporting.
- Knowledgeable about various operating systems and TCP/IP concepts.
- Assist in HR onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond promptly to IT support issues from all employees.
- Contribute to information system design and operational support.
- Update ticket system information (progress and historical solutions) for knowledge base.
Additional Information
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT Support, IT Desktop Support Engineer/IT Helpdesk, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Fresh graduates with a solid understanding of networks are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with configuring hardware devices such as laptops, tablets, etc., as well as internet and telephone network settings.
- Basic knowledge of Mikrotik and wireless is a plus.
- Adaptable to the latest technologies.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Responsive and can-do attitude.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage various priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative, quick learner, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining Windows Server and Active Directory Domain.
