Resolving issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Generating sign ins for new hires during the onboarding process
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions for online database and website
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
A Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
Min 1-2 years experiences in IT Support
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
In depth knowledge of MikroTik, Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365
Willing to work from office in Meruya, West Jakarta
