**Qualifications**:

- Minimum associate degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as IT support
- Understanding LAN network and the internet
- Understanding MySQL/Linux/PowerBuilder
- Able to build and manage websites
- Can handling virus and malware
- Knowing computer problems quickly and responsively (troubleshooting)
- Understanding server configuration
- Understanding firewall configuration
- Can join **ASAP**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools
- Ensuring SLA server
- Monitor log and check server health
- Maintain local network
- Running SOP for recovery system
