Reporting all IT department Daily Activity
Helping IT Officer in managing server, LAN, phone and backup-infrastructure
Supporting and maintain IT services security including system access, virus protection, software and windows updates, firewall, and remote access system
Maintaining IT& documentation set to ensure that this documentation consists of effective and regularly updated documentation
Providing support outside working hours as required
Providing IT support to all project offices - including but not limited to computers, printers, scanners, servers, network and conference equipment
